  7. Although we get most software by mirroring other ftp sites, don't hesitate 
  8. to upload any news stuff you have. An upload directly from you is
  9. faster, because we sort the submissions into the archive prior to
  10. scanning the mirror directories.  Normally this takes only about half
  11. a day!  Please help us by sending us a short mail stating where to
  12. place the new package. If you want to spread the name of your upload you
  13. should definitly consider writing a NoSD entry, too.
